At Olivia von Halle, we want you to be delighted with your luxury purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all silk-covered hangers and tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original branded packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier collection through our portal or drop your package off at any authorized shipping point.
